This once-a-year batch blog offer is designed to help you get real, search-friendly blog content live on your site without burnout, guilt, or overcommitting to something that doesn’t fit your current season.

A strategic, done-for-you way to build blog content without committing to weekly blogging

Why Batch Blogging Works (Especially Right Now)

There’s a lot of noise online telling you one of two things: that you need to blog every single week or it’s not worth doing at all, or that blogging barely matters anymore.

The truth, as usual, lives somewhere in the middle.

Blogging works best when it’s strategic, search-informed, and actually published (not sitting in drafts waiting for the “perfect” time). Batching allows you to build a strong foundation of SEO-friendly content, support both your main keywords and more niche searches, and give visitors something to binge when they land on your site.

Blogging quite literally changed my life. Long before SEO was trendy — and before Pinterest clients, podcasting, or content packages — I was blogging to book my own wedding planning clients. That blog brought in traffic, built trust, and helped couples find me before I ever showed up in their DMs. It worked then, and it still works now.

Today, I run a content marketing agency that specializes in blogging and Pinterest for SEO. While you’ll be working with me strategically, I’m not a one-woman show. I have a small, trusted team who helps bring these blog posts to life. Every piece of content is created through a collaborative process that combines keyword research, strategy, and writing that actually sounds like a real human (you).

If you’re looking for blog posts that feel strategic and personal, written by people who genuinely care about your business, we'd love to work with you.

I'm Kara — and writing blog posts is my favorite thing to do.

Can I buy this if I’m a current client?

Yes! If you’re currently working with us on a monthly package, just let me know. We can either pause your monthly invoicing while the batch is completed or treat this as an add-on — whatever makes the most sense for your situation.

Do you use AI to write the blog posts?

Yes... thoughtfully.

I’m very pro-AI, and it’s one of the tools that allows us to keep quality high and pricing accessible. That said, this is not copy-and-paste content. Every blog post is guided by strategy, keyword research, and human editing to make sure it sounds natural, aligns with your brand, and actually serves your audience.

When will the blog posts be written?

You’ll choose your preferred timeline when you book: January, February, or March.

Spots are limited each month, and availability is first-come, first-served. Blog packages must be purchased by the end of December to qualify.

Do I need to publish the posts right away?

Nope. You can publish them all at once or drip them out weekly or monthly  — whatever you like. Blog posts don’t get extra points for sitting in drafts, but how you publish should align with your marketing goals.

Can I request specific topics?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to suggest topics, case studies, or ideas you want covered. I’ll also come prepared with strategic topic recommendations based on keyword research, and we’ll finalize the plan together before writing begins.

What if I want ongoing blogging support after this?

Once your batch is complete, you’re welcome to transition into a monthly blogging package if ongoing support feels like the right next step. There is NO pressure to do so, however.

If blogging has been hanging over your head and you’re ready to finally check it off your list... this is for you.
