1. Refund Policy
All payments made to The Kara Report are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. A one-month non-refundable retainer is required before work begins. Refunds or credits may be issued only in the event The Kara Report is unable to fulfill its services. In such cases, clients will be notified immediately and offered a refund or credit for the incomplete portion of services.

2. Delivery Policy
All services provided by The Kara Report are digital marketing services and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery timelines and milestones will be communicated upon project initiation, and progress will depend on timely receipt of required materials from the client. Final deliverables are shared via email, project management tools, or cloud storage as agreed upon with the client.

3. Return Policy
As The Kara Report offers digital services and not physical products, traditional returns do not apply. However, if the client believes the delivered work is incomplete or unsatisfactory, we encourage communication to resolve concerns. Adjustments may be made at the discretion of The Kara Report, based on the original project scope and agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. As stated in the agreement, payments already made are non-refundable, and any services delivered up to the cancellation date will remain billable. The contract will automatically renew monthly unless a cancellation notice is received.
